Created and executed the digital content & strategy for Massage Heights' website and social media properties. Managed the social media reputation of the brand and all 150+ locations.

After the tragic loss of a San Antonio firefighter, I worked quickly with the Marketing and Operations teams to put together an organic social media and email blast campaign to offer FREE 1-Hour Massages to the SAFD and First Responders. Results = Published by local media and garnered 22% more fan engagement.
Created and implemented email blasts and social media campaigns to encourage Guests to book their massage or facial services online. Results = 28% average open rate and more than 80% of Members now book online.
Facebook contest encouraging fans to share their best fatherly advice for a chance to win a 1 year membership at Massage Heights. Results =15% Engagement.
Partnered with City Mom's Blog on the Favorite Things Twitter party to raise awareness of Massage Heights among key influencers - Mommy Bloggers. Results = 200% engagement and 52% increase in fans.
Created and implemented Facebook ads to promote the Grand Opening of a new Massage Heights location that resulted in 103 new memberships and 330 new prospects in 14 days.
Worked with local non-profit school to re-brand their website and social media properties. Created organic social media content to promote the Grand Opening. Results = 45+ attendees at Grand Opening interested in registering for music classes at the school.
I launched Labatt's social media presence in August 2014. To date, the initiative has improved Labatt's SEO and overall online reputation among customers, vendors, and potential job candidates.
